We act as a NOMAD and broker for companies quoted on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange,
and we are a sponsor on the Alternext market of NYSE Euronext. 

We concentrate on the natural resources, renewable energy and technology sectors, especially in the
emerging markets. In the past three years Libertas has completed over $1.5 billion of transactions in
these areas. 

In May 2009 we acquired Libertas Capital Corporate Finance Ltd through a management buy out from
Libertas Capital Group Plc, and in October this year we closed a £2 million fund-raising for our business.
